This property is a semi-detached (we live in the house aside) house situated in the region of Val di Nievole in the province of Pistoia, Tuscany. It was built in 1997 and has all the requirements of a modern holiday house.
The house area is about 70 square meters distributed on two levels: ground and first floor (see pictures).
On the ground floor there is a big living room and a utility room.
The living room has a big wooden table and a sofa bed.
The first floor is made of a double bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The kitchen has a table, cooker, electric oven, sink, TV. The bathroom has WC, bidet, basin and bath tub with shower.
There is also a huge garden (400 square meters) shared with our own house.
